 Pair of Bronze Sconces
Country: France
Period: 1840
Pair of Bronze sconces in 18th Century style
Each has a central beveled mirror framed with a patinated bronze decor of Grotesque i.e. ornamental arrangement of fantastic Human faces, stylized Dolphins and plants. Each also has 3 lights holding crystal pendants. Candle holders have been electrified to USA std recently.

Sevres Lamp
Country: France
Period: 1774/later

18th Century Gilt Bronze Mounted "Sevres" Vase Lamp. Parcel Gilt over "Lapis" glaze. Marked under with the famous "Royal" signature of two interlocked "L's" and the letter "V" in their center dating the piece to 1774. Vase later converted to lamp.

The wood was part of a 18th Century Period Architectural decor, from a top Monte Carlo Hotel.

Hanging Hall Lanterns

Very handsome Pair of French polished brass and 4-panel glass Hanging Hall Lanterns. The overall lighting zone is cylindrical and held by 4 little chains linked to the canopy. The brass work is outstanding and so is the overall condition of the lantern. 

Fitted with USA electric standard.

Dimensions: 12.1/2"D x 15"H (body only) and 26"H total.

Pair of Fabulous French Sconces

The frame is in polished brass. The front is in "bombe" glass and the back is a silver leaf "eglomise" flat glass. They were made around 1920 and possibly initially equipped with candlesticks. The electrified candleholders are American and recent.

Art Nouveau Floor Lamp

USA Made stunning and unique Floor Lamp from 1900. A gas Lamp (marked patented) was artfully transformed into an Art Nouveau floor Lamp with an addition of red copper and 4 bronze feet. The height is adjustable.
