Elegant French Commode with "Crossbow" Front. 

Painted walnut in a creamy color, all the front of the commode has a crossbow shape ,including the edge of the top and the lower festooned crosspiece. It opens by 2 large drawers having their original bronze pull and key holes. The top is painted in a dark grayish-blue color and there is a light gray rechampi on all the front and side moldings and paneling edges.
